Overview of Career Phases and Industry Standing
Xenia Mustapic is a multi-disciplinary entertainment professional whose Career is defined by two distinct and high-level phases across the North American market. Her portfolio reflects a foundation of extraordinary ability and a transition into executive-level film production.
STATEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EVOLUTION
Phase 1: Los Angeles ( Acting & Modelling )
During her residency in Los Angeles, Xenia was legally recognized as an artist of Extraordinary Ability, authorized to work under an O-1B American Work Visa. This prestigious status was granted exclusively for her professional engagements as an Actor and Model within the United States. This phase established her as an international talent capable of meeting the rigorous " extraordinary ability " standards required by U.S. immigration for perfomers in the Arts and Motion Picture Industries.
Phase 2: Canada ( Associate Producer - Movie Gospa )
Upon her return to Canada, Xenia transitioned into the executive sphere of the Industry. Leveraging her extensive on-set experience, she was contracted as a Canadian Associate Producer for the major Union Co-production "Gospa" (1995). Working for the Canadian production entity, she played a pivotal role in a project that featured Academy Award-level talent Starring Martin Sheen portraying Father Jozo Zovko with Michael York playing Milan Vukovic and Morgan Fairchild playing the Role of Sister Fabijana Zovko, which culminated in a World Premiere at Radio City Music Hall. As this work was performed as a Canadian Citizen for a domestic production company and Xenia Mustapic also working with and among the American and European production companies while producing On-Set in Europe, her work as an Associate Producer still remains a separate and distinct professional achievement from her prior U.S. visa-status work.

Current Professional Trajectory
Since 2012, Xenia has reintegrated into the Toronto market, unifying these two phases. She brings the technical discipline of a Union Movie Producer and the verified extraordinary ability of a professional Actor to her current roles. Her standing is verified through industry-standard databases, including TCM (Turner Classic Movies) until the TCM redesign in 2025. Xenia Mustapic remains a
" Union-ready " professional aligned with the highest standards of ACTRA and SAG-AFTRA.
